This course provides knowledge on food safety culture. Food safety culture has been included in the Codex as a general principle of hygiene and in Regulation (EC) 852/2004 on food hygiene, through Regulation (EU) 2021/382. Therefore, companies in the agri-food sector must implement instruments to create an adequate food safety culture, adapted to their size and nature, and must demonstrate their compliance.
This training will enable participants to learn about Food Safety Culture and will help them to develop and implement plans to improve it in an organisation.
The online course has an estimated duration of 11 hours, in flexible hours, with an online tutor, with no time limit through our virtual classroom.
