HAPPC CONSULTING

We design your food safety system in accordance with HACCP. We attend to your type of establishment and requirements. We simplify to the maximum so that it is not a sacrifice for the staff to implement it.

FOOD SAFETY AUDITS

We visit the establishment to check the degree of implementation of HACCP plan. Also, we provide continuous training to the staff and we analyse the opportunities for improvement of the centre in order to correct them and to be able to better face possible food enforcement official controls. We issue a weighted report after the audit with the deviations detected.

ALLERGEN MANAGEMENT

We analyse the allergens, both intrinsic and extrinsic, in your products or dishes, for the preparation of the mandatory allergen information according to Regulation 1169/2011 on food information provided to consumers.



LAB SAMPLES

We carry out laboratory analysis of food, surfaces, handlers, allergens, shelf life, nutritional analysis, aflatoxins, acrylamide, Legionella, tap water, pool water...

FOOD ENFORCEMENT ASSISTANCE

We attend your food safety inspection if you are notified. If you have an inspection report, we help you to remedy the non-compliances detected. We prepare written documents for the authorities or contact them.
